Define responsibility, scope, schedule and risk allocation. Coordinate engineering, interconnection, permitting and procurement with EPC, electrical construction (ECC), civil and mechanical partners. Prime-contract and owner-representation roles follow the agreed delivery structure.
Asset management & O&M
Coordinate commissioning, monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, warranties and performance reporting. Work with energy traders, aggregators and grid-services providers on eligible dispatch and settlement.
